Marvin DiGeorgio  Sylvia
DiGeorgio (ex Lesage)
Marvin was a teacher for over twenty years in public
schools and community colleges, primarily in Western Canada. Until recently,
he was an instructor in adult basic education and ESL at Arctic and Aurora
Colleges in Canada's Northwest Territories. He also spent two years teaching
English at I.A.I.N. University in Sumatra, Indonesia. Marvin was involved
for many years delivering Instructional Skills workshops to new instructors
at the community college level and has previously written a manual for
training correctional officers. He now writes on a full-time basis.
Sylvia is a computer expert with a diploma in Computer
Networking (AFPA de CAEN, France, B.T.S. Réseaux). She is largely
responsible for the layout and presentation elements of this guide. Sylvia
speaks six languages fluently. Her vast and varied work experience throughout
Europe includes a position as a library services manager for the French
Government. She has lived in Greece, New York, Egypt, Israel, and Mexico, and
is currently living in Canada writing Internet Guides and designing
websites. |
